So school's over and summer's here. i went backpacking the last 4 days...and gained 5lbs. so diet starts today. :P
so i'm going to try to stay healthy, so no added sugars, limit on processed foods, limit oils. i guess veggies and fruit and stuff.
i've had cereal (though it is processed...) and milk and veggies and rice so far. so pretty good no?
i won't be making any pies/tarts. hopefully. lol.
